HOW WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. Therefore, we have established strong relationships with some of the best carriers nationwide. Every product on our site has been classified for a specific shipping method depending upon the best shipping option for that item. See Options Below:

  • Small Parcel: Whenever possible, we will ship smaller, lighter items via UPS based on the shipping quote that appears in your shopping cart. Depending on how close you are to the shipping warehouse, your item will arrive between 1 and 7 business days after it leaves the warehouse. We DO require an adult signature authorization for deliveries on most items. If you would like a package delivered without a signature, please notify your Sales Representative during the Confirmation Process.
  • Truck Freight – Back of Truck: Many items we sell are too large or too heavy to ship using UPS. Therefore, your order will be shipped via a Freight Carrier. Truck freight is different than standard UPS in that you will be responsible for carrying the product from the back of the truck into your home or business. If delivered to a residence, the carrier will often contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment during normal business hours Monday-Friday.

Remember to inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be concerned about the shape of its contents, please write “Product Damaged” clearly on the delivery acknowledgement sheet you will be required to sign upon receipt of the item.

If you are ordering a very large item, please keep in mind that you may need assistance to help unload it. Most truck freight companies offer additional services to help move items from the truck to your home or business. If you are concerned about delivery of your product, call for tracking information and then contact the carrier used to arrange for any additional services needed. You will be responsible for directly paying the truck freight carrier for these additional services.

  • Truck Freight – Threshold: This method is similar to that listed above with the exception that the Freight Company will deliver your order to the threshold (front door or garage entrance) if yours is a residential delivery, or to the loading dock for commercial deliveries. They are not authorized to perform any assembly services, nor can they move items to rooms of your choosing. If you require additional services, you can contact the freight carrier direct or arrange for a contractor of your own choosing and expense.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

To provide you with a wide variety of products, we ship from warehouses all over the country. Depending on the Manufacturer, some warehouses stock items that can be shipped the same day or within 24 hours. Other items may require a longer time (e.g. 1-4 weeks).

For Small Parcel shipments, delivery usually takes between 1-6 business days after your order is picked from the warehouse. For expedited services such as 3-day, 2nd Day or Next Day Air, your order is shipped based on the shipping method you chose after the item leaves the warehouse. Remember that your item will be shipped after the applicable Lead Time is met for that product. If you have any questions or concerns to the delivery time of your order, do not hesitate to contact us via phone or e-mail.

For Truck Freight shipments, delivery usually takes between 3 and 10 days from when your order ships. If you are looking for expedite services on a Truck Freight delivery, please contact our staff to arrange this. Commercial deliveries are usually made without an appointment, but residential and some commercial carriers will contact you to set up a delivery appointment.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING CHARGES?

In order to keep our costs down and our pricing simple, we either provide Free Shipping or we charge a fixed shipping charge per item. This charge, if any, is listed on the product detail page and covers ground shipping in the Continental U.S. via UPS. Depending on the size of the product, your order may need to be shipped via Freight Carrier. In order to provide you with the most competitive rate available, we will contact you with a rate quote during the Confirmation Process. You will not be charged or your order shipped until you have confirmed your order with the shipping charges showing. Shipping large or heavy items might be quite expensive, so please review total shipping costs when shopping around. There are no hidden shipping charges or additional fees that are not spelled out in your confirmation for your approval. If you have any questions or concerns, contact us for a full explanation.

CAN I SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

So that we may offer you the ability to ship products to addresses different from the billing address, you will have the option during the purchase product to chose a Ship To Address. If you are looking to purchase products for additional locations greater than one, you will need to place one order for each location that you would like them shipped to.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE U.S.?

Screen Mega Store does offer shipping outside of the Continental U.S.. Due to the variables in shipping outside of the Continental U.S., a Sales Representative will contact you with a shipping quote. Be sure to include your full shipping address so that we can provide you with the most competitive quote possible. Some items may not be available to ship outside of the Continental U.S. due to size or weight. Lead times may exceed what is normal depending on the shipping method available for your area.

Duties and Taxes will be the responsibility of the Ship To recipient upon delivery. Screen Mega Store does not have the ability to calculate these fees. If you have any questions or concerns as to the amount of these duties/fees, you would need to contact your local import office. Our return policy is Null and Void for International Shipments with the exception of Damage or Dead on Arrival. Please contact your Sales Representative if this occurs.

Certain product warranties may only be valid in the Continental U.S. or may become voided if shipped outside the U.S.
