WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

In an effort to meet the needs of our customers, you may return your purchase, in its original condition and packaging, within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price excluding shipping and handling costs and a restock fee (% [10-25] based on Manufacturer). Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products, our actual outbound shipping costs will still be deducted from your return refund as well as any restock fee. Your account will not be credited until the item has been returned to us, at your own expense, and found in original condition and packaging.

Prior to returning the item to us, please contact your Sales Representative to request at Return Material Authorization before sending it back. Items received without a Return Material Authorization will be refused. Certain products cannot be returned because neither we nor our suppliers can take them back (e.g. custom screens). Shipments received not in the original condition and packaging by incur additional charges. Credits issued can only be issued to the original card used for the purchase or to your Screen Mega Store account for future purchases.

If you are returning a product due to damage in shipping or is Dead On Arrival (DOA) a full replacement or refund will be made upon return of the damaged product.

Please keep in mind that once a product ships, the order cannot be cancelled. If you refuse the product, you will be responsible for shipping costs back to the origin of the shipment and any restocking fees that may apply as if you were making a standard return (non DOA) as listed above.

WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED?

Our products are well-packaged to withstand damage during shipping. We refuse to carry products that are easily damaged during shipping. If an item looks damaged or parts are missing, please notify us immediately. We will make every effort to help you obtain the necessary replacements as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you. If you are returning a product due to damage in shipping or is Dead On Arrival (DOA) a full replacement or refund will be made upon return of the damaged product.

If you receive a package that is damaged upon delivery, please note “Package Damaged” on the delivery receipt the Carrier will ask you to sign. If it is significantly damaged, it is your option to refuse delivery for this item. If this is the case, please notify your Sales Representative immediately so that we can make arrangements for a replacement to be sent to you.

If you have already accepted the package and find that there are missing pieces or there is damage inside the package, please notify us immediately so that we can get this resolved for you. Any item that is received that does not perform up to specification will be subject to warranty claim and may need to be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. Please notify your Sales Representative if you are having difficulties so that we or our Service Department may assist you.
