Be sure to include a daytime phone number and email address (if you have one) so that we, along with the shipping company, can contact you with any questions we might have.

Please note: To protect against fraud, any orders paid for with a personal check or money order will remain on hold for a number of days to allow for the check to clear. Orders placed with other payment types including credit cards, wire transfer and cashiers checks will be processed immediately.

Purchase Orders and Net Terms - We will accept purchase orders from corporate, educational, non-profit and government organizations pending a credit review by our finance and accounting department*. Purchase orders should specify both a shipping and billing address; the preferred shipping method; all relevant costs, including quantity, product prices, shipping fees, and taxes (if applicable). Some additional terms and conditions include:

All products on Purchase Order must be shipped to a US destination.
We cannot accept International Purchase Orders.
Payment terms are Net 30 from the Invoice Date.
Early Payment Discounts not applicable.
Credit Verification completed by Dunns & Bradstreet or Credit Reporting Agency.
Credit verification is not required when the invoice recipient is a government agency or public school.
Signed Purchase Orders Preferred.

DO I HAVE TO PAY SALES TAX?

Screen Mega Store does not charge sales tax, with one notable exception: orders billing or shipping within the State of Arizona will be subject to a 7.95% sales tax.
